Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process.
Meet Panda Bear & Dice. These little balls of fluff are exceptional kittens!! Their foster mom believes they have Ragdoll in them, as they go limp when you pick them up. They will allow you to cradle them in your arms like a newborn baby and just love the attention. They have medium-long hair, (Dice’s fur seems a little longer, but just as nice) that is like fine silk and they have the cutest little faces. They are loving and affectionate kittens. They have huge paws, which in the opinion of their foster mom, indicates that they will be good sized when they grow up. Panda Bear & Dice will make a great addition to any family, but their foster mom believes that are destined to fall in love with their own set of children in which they will form life-long bonds. It is by luck that these two boys have become available and we urge you to act now before they are claimed. (And pried out of the arms of their foster mom). These “gentle giants” won’t be available for long. Lucky You!
Thank you for your interest in one of our adoptable kitties. All of our kitties are fully vetted (age-appropriate vaccines, spayed, tested for feline leukemia and feline aids, and they are microchipped.) They live in private foster homes with their foster families. Our adoption fees are $75 - $125. In order to match the best home for our foster kitties, we ask folks to complete our adoption application in advance; simply go to www.candyscats.org/forms. You will need to register on our site, then fill out an Adoption Application. We'll review your information and get back in touch with you. Cats are not adopted first-come, first-served, but rather the best home for the kitty, but we do give consideration to the folks who take the time to fill out the application in advance. Almost all of our volunteers work during the week; to be able to meet one of our cats by appointment during non-adoption days (Saturday, 11 - 4, Sunday 12 - 4), your application needs to be filled out in advance and approved by our adoption coordinator prior to scheduling an appointment to meet with the cats.
