Candy's Cats

Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process. 

Diego is a royal kitty.  He likes to be at your side so you can pet him constantly.  He enjoys playing with feathers on a stick and chasing lizards on the back patio.  He is very vocal and will let you know when he is hungry or needs more petting.  He has a food allergy that requires him to have different proteins.  Canned cat food in different varieties (chicken, fish, beef, etc.) keeps him on track.  Usually canned in the morning, and kibble at night.  He gets along well with people and children more than other animals, but he will tolerate them.

Previous description:

I'm a very sweet, playful and talkative boy. I was found on the road with my paws burned. They think I crawled up into a car and jumped out when my paws started to burn. A nice lady stopped when she saw me on the road and picked me up. I am all better now and ready to find my forever home were I will be safely indoors.
