Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process.
Meet Sky Blue. Sky Blue was born on 8/14/19 in her foster home. She was adopted as a kitten along with her brother, Pierre. Her adopters were expecting a baby and as soon as the baby arrived, having two kittens suddenly seemed like a bad idea and the kittens were returned. Sky Blue's foster family did not want to add to their stress and decided to keep her and her brother. Unfortunately, it turns out that Sky Blue is not destined to be in a multi-cat household. Her needs would best be met as an only kitty. She does, however, get along with the foster family dogs, but does not get along with the other cats. Sky Blue is very affectionate and quirky. She would do well with an owner that is home most of the day and can shower her with love and attention. Sky Blue's mother was an outstandingly beautiful Lilac Lynx point Siamese that ironically had a similar temperament in that she gets along great with dogs, but not other cats. Sky Blue displays the typical Siamese traits and would do well with an owner that is aware of the Siamese Cat personality.
